It's official- she's losing her hair. It's really thinning out in the front. She's just as adorable as ever, but has the hairline of an old man. Good thing Mommy bought her some more headbands to wear!
Oh, and just look at those cheeks! Nobody will accuse us of starving her! Ha ha!

If you scroll down to the 12/6 post and click the link, you'll see that I've added more pictures to that album.

So, so cute! Being sentimental and reflective this this early morning as I think about how much it means to me to have my entire family here for the holidays. I so appreciate the extrodinary effort, Kat and Chris, that you are making to come home for Emma's first Christmas. All the packing, all the driving and all the travel expense is such a wonderful gift to each of us. As you make this journey home, I know you can understand a little better being parents yourself how good it will be to have you home. This has been an abundant year of grandbabies with two little blue eyed boys, Easton and Remy, one little blue eyed Emma and our sad loss of Baby Marsh. My heart feels the sadness of missing our little angels in heaven at this family time but I know my Dad, especially,is playing "guess the magic number" or "which hand?" with 7 little angels on his knee. He has probably given them the pet names he called my sisters and I like "GaNewton, FaStareStow and SettaLawbish" in the absence of given names except for Sarah who is probably still Sarah. I can only imagine the names of the other three! I am so blessed to be a Grammy of 22 cheribs! So much laughter, so much squealing! I can hardly wait!!!! Looking so forward to Emma's christening and being with our huge family and all of the Reichholds! Thanks to Jenny and Gary for all the effort and sacrifice they've made in raising Chris to be the wonderful husband and father he is for our little girl! Merry Christmas everyone! Mom Newton
