2 months

Emma had her 2-month doctor appointment today. Here are her stats: 11lbs, 22.75 inches long, and her head is 37cm around. Overall, the doctor said Emma is small but has a good growth pattern. She also said Emma has a beautiful smile, but we already knew that! She said we'll need to watch the two little hemangiomas (one on her ring finger, the other on her arm) just to see if/how they grow. They're nothing to worry about right now though.

Along with her regular check-up, Emma got her first vaccinations. I was nervous about them because I didn't want to see her upset or in pain. So far though, she's doing just fine. She's got little band-aids on her legs where they poked her. We've been home for about an hour and a half and she's still in her car seat because she's sleeping. Usually, I'd pull her out, but since she hasn't slept much in the last few days, I left her alone.

The doctor confirmed that she does have a cold, too. Hopefully it clears up quickly. I hate hearing her sniffle and snort when she's trying to sleep!
