The next few days will consist of packing, phone calls and more packing. I'm trying to stay calm although our lives are a bit of a whirlwind this week. Pray for us to have a safe trip and a peaceful state of mind.

Hi Kathryn, this is Piper. I was so glad to see you that I couldn't stop my dance, dance, dance. Mama says you and her are going to write a series of children books all about my adventures. She says that she has about seven titles already and that she will tell everyone about me not being nice to Chris. I am very sad that he is taking you even farther away from me. I did something to his shoes like I promised. Mama caught me and made me fix it . . . but, I did something else to his sleeping bag. I didn't get caught! I'm really going to miss you when you are far, far away. I saw Mama in your room again, looking at your teddy bears. She says they will always be yours and I can't have them. She says she will pack them away someday for your little baby. I would like something special to chew on. Will you send me one of Chris' shoes or his felt hat with the feather? Piper
